At Wellington’s we recognise that every child is a competent learner who can be resilient, capable, confident and self assured. We understand that children develop in individual ways and at varying rates. Children’s attitudes and dispositions to learning are influenced by feedback from others, and we use praise and reassurance every day to encourage children to develop a positive attitude to learning.
Owned by a fully qualified teacher, the nursery is currently rated Ofsted Good. We’re committed to planning and creating innovative, exciting learning opportunities, tailored towards each child’s needs and interests.0Wellington’s Day Nursery is an independent setting offering a home‑from‑home environment where children can explore, create and learn. Staff plan bespoke activities tailored to each child’s interests, blending EYFS with outdoor learning. Long opening hours and flexible sessions support working families, while meals cooked on site ensure children receive nutritious food. Government funding and tax‑free childcare are accepted.
