Our objective is for all children with SEND to be provided with substantial support in order to achieve well within their developmental milestones and to continue to have a happy and fulfilled life experience.
Our SENCO has a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education and has attended training on Autism and the Early Years, Supporting Speech and Sound Development, Supporting Language Development, Children with Autism, Autism Awareness Training, SEND friendly environments, Introduction to SENCO role and responsibilities, Makaton, Supporting Children with Autism and Disability Awareness Training.
All of our staff members have attended training on Autism Awareness and Attention Builders: Supporting children with Autism. All staff have been supported by our SENCO to create a SEND friendly environment and in understanding how to support language development.
We have experience working with children with a range of needs including autism, speech and language and behavioural/ emotional needs. 
We recognise and understand the importance of early identification and the high quality of support required in order to help those with Special Educational Needs in achieving their best outcomes. Through this recognition we have found the most effective method with requiring evidence is Assess, Plan, Do and Review, which we conduct through each observational process.
We deliver a range of evidence based support and strategies such as; weekly language groups, attention builders, Short Term Plans (STP), implementation of the Developmental Journal and special time/one to one sessions.
