At Little Bear’s, our aim is to provide a warm, safe and stimulating environment with all the comfort features of home, where our nurseries are made up of themed rooms set aside for specific age groups. Each room has an area for sleep / quiet time, as age appropriate, as well as plenty of space to play and learn. ? We develop and foster close working relationships between parents and staff. This involvement is essential for the development of the child both emotionally as well as academically. Daily dialogue with your child’s key worker is our primary means of communication. We beleive in providing a holistic service, from understanding and accomodating parent needs through to providing nappies, formula milk and all aspects in between. Whether you newly born child needs all the love and care needed, through to your school age children needing wrap-around care from nursery or primary school – Little Bear’s is here to help.Little Bears 2 Nursery offers full daycare for children aged 0 to 5 years.The emotional well-being of the children is as high on our agenda as safety aspects and our aim is produce a home style environment to encourage the children to explore and learn but also to develop a positive image about themselves.Little Bear’s Nursery aims to provide a warm, friendly home‑from‑home environment where children feel secure and valued. Staff encourage independence and choice through a balance of adult‑led and child‑initiated activities based on the EYFS. The nursery fosters self‑confidence, communication and social skills through play and exploration in well‑resourced indoor and outdoor areas. It is likely open 8 am – 6 pm with full‑ and part‑time sessions and works closely with parents to support each child’s individual needs.
